-Develop and implement all HR strategies, policies, systems, procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
-Develop and oversee HR programs: talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, employee recognition, and retention programs to attract and retain high calibers.
-Manage all human resources functions such as selection, interviewing, hiring, training, promotions, career path, diversity, talent acquisition, job rotation, job enlargement, safety and health programs.
-Establish and implement the HR annual objectives, budget, and programs aligned with the strategic plan.
-Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others, handle complaints, settle disputes and resolve grievances.
-Develop & implement the yearly Manpower plan, manage salary administration and payroll pay and make sure it is complied with tax law and its amendments.
-Lead organizational development, change and recommend appropriate corporate culture.
-Oversee and manage employee’s performance appraisal & performance management systems
-Develop and lead job analysis, job evaluation and job description programs using the KPI to supervise company and employees performance.
-Develop the company-training plan, using the TNA to identify training needs within the organization and develop the on job & off job-training programs.
-Administer employee compensation and benefits program, reward system including salary reviews, bonuses, health insurance and stay informed about market trends.
-Offer direction, coaching, and counseling on HR issues for top managers and seniors.
-Participate in executive management, company staff meetings and attend other meetings as required
-provide all HR reports, metrics and statistics to the CEO that help to take decisions.

• Contracting with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as canteen, transportation, housing and relocation service
• Supervise performance review program and ensure they are carried out periodically and effectively
• Plane, organize, staff, lead and control the Human Recourses staff.
• conducting the training needs assessment and prepare the yearly training plan

• .Making all the legal procedures for the employee's moving out, conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations applying the EEO strategy

• Manage and promote cost-effective candidate sourcing strategies such as direct recruiting methods, e-recruitment tools, referrals and advertising. . .
• Managing the expat Visa Processing Procedures, ticketing and housing
• Participate with the managing director and department managers in planning for the future strategies.
• Responsible for delivering the human resources business plan with the Human resources consultant and follow up implementation.
