KEY VALUES AND ACHIEVEMENTS:
Designed for HDB enterprise architecture within specific capabilities to leverage the existing infrastructure to come out with HDB integration framework & ecosystem.
Delivered for the bank’s IBM business process automation solution, leveraging IBM cloud packs, with the key consideration of the interoperability & integration with the systems’ different API layers in terms of T24 core banking, content management taxonomies, CSO, card management, i-score and sanction lists.
Designed for HDB contact center IVR integration points, including T24 core banking, credit card, debit/prepaid cards, BPM and office automation applications.
Engaged as cross functional for HDB Card processing migration in terms of accounting cycle management, collateral management, interface files’ development/reconciliation, ATM H2H integration, cards portfolio extractions as well as internet banking, contact center and BPM API integrations.
