Delivered for the bank’s IBM business process automation solution, leveraging IBM cloud packs, with the key consideration of the interoperability & integration with the systems’ different API layers in terms of T24 core banking, content management taxonomies, CSO, card management, i-score and sanction lists.
Designed for HDB contact center IVR integration points, including T24 core banking, credit card, debit/prepaid cards, BPM and office automation applications.
Engaged as cross functional for HDB Card processing migration in terms of accounting cycle management, collateral management, interface files’ development/reconciliation, ATM H2H integration, cards portfolio extractions as well as internet banking, contact center and BPM API integrations.
Tech lead for the bank’s Instant Payment rollout.
Upgraded Temenos transact integration layer from the traditional TWS to IRIS.
Managing Egyptian Gulf Bank’s IT strategic restructuring initiatives wherein the Infrastructure service program Management, with a key-focus on the core capabilities associated with procuring, designing and approaching for the bank’s technology-enabled transformation programs.
Providing exceptional vision and leadership, oversees a team of IT professionals to coordinate, implement, maintain and continually improve IT data center systems, networks and end-user support services for EGBANK.

• Re-designed the corporate communications with a key consideration of the redundancy and the 24/7 availability methodologies.
• Adopted for a network & security renovation project directing for the datacenter scalability and multi-zoning protection.

Arab Bank has an unmatched Global Arab branch network with 500 branches spanning 30 countries in 5 continents, during my early days in Arab Bank I was in charge of managing the Infrastructure team.
IT infrastructure & Network Manager
• Manage Arab Bank corporate infrastructure.
• Responsible for enterprise-wide project management support of architecting Arab Bank Datacenter via following the project lifecycles of initiation, planning, execution and closure.
• Responsible as a country representative technical group on cross-functional for Arab Bank Disaster Recovery project.
• Lead in performing hardware capacity planning coordination with company technology groups, with a major focus on proactively assuring of a constant network and processing environment, as well as, accurate, predictive budgeting.
• Perform all departmental administrative activities, including staff meeting attendance, monthly status reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, expense processing, documentation, and other activities, as assigned, in a timely manner.
• Work with business unit management to enhance contingency plans, mitigating the effect of a technology system or application failure or problem.
• Responsible for preparing/settling Arab Bank IT CAPEX & OPEX.

• Led in the first successful Disaster Recovery drill for Arab Bank in Egypt.

• Produced a full communication disaster recovery plan for hosting one of the largest European Bank in Egypt from its hosting facility.
