Responsible for designing and executing the supply chain process for the Lower Tertiary integrated completion system development project. The process includes DFM, prototyping, allocating manufacturing capacity, integrating incremental demand to the regular demand planning process, internal and external capability development.

Responsible for the global supply of sand control screen products.
Responsible for the eastern hemisphere supply of well bore isolation products.
Manages the Dubai Baker Plant, as well as four other turn-key vendors based in strategic locations worldwide.
Managing capacity expansions in order to meet the market demand.
Managing and developing raw material and components vendor base.
Managing and developing machining and special processes suppliers.
Activities included but not limited to HS&E, supply chain management, supplier relationship management, logistics, inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality assurance.

Copy manufacturing, production, maintenance and HS&E systems from USA and apply them to the new plant in Dubai.

Directly supervises production employees involved in machine, process, fabrication, assembly, or similar production operations.

Responsible for managing the activities within a production area to meet production, cost, quality and safety goals.

Plans, organizes and implements manufacturing procedures in accordance with managed quarterly and annual budgets.

May make budgetary recommendations and coordinate procurement for capital expenditures.

Selects, hires and trains personnel.

Responsible for the planning, coordination and direction of all production operations to ensure maximum throughput and quality.

Handles special projects, as assigned.

Daily manage the Plant to develop, implement and improve compliance with policies, procedures & guidelines to achieve the company’s objectives.

Prepare annual operation budget and is accountable for operation of Plant within the budget.

Coordinate Plant activities through planning with other departments to ensure that total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.

Overall responsibility for production planning, scheduling and managing the production processes ensuring high quality production at all production stages.

Develop, implement and improve processes to optimize machine loading and cutting parameters; initiate and carry out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating cost.

Accountability for setting structuring annual improvement objectives & KPI’s for the manufacturing department.

Manage the Plant’s P&L and cash flows and ensure compliance with the guidelines set by the Executive management.

Maintain existing Plant facilities and equipment, replacing or making adjustments when necessary; establish & maintain spare parts inventory.

Manage all Plant HR matters including; annual alignment of job descriptions with current and planned needs of all staff; selection and development of staff; appraisal and training; succession planning in line with the resources set out in the department manpower plan.

Management of supply chain and material inventory planning and control.

Visiting and validating external suppliers, domestic and abroad.

Implementing relevant ERP Solution.

Achieving ISO 9001-2000 & API certificates.

Setting the manufacturing procedures & documentations.

Programming the CNC machines using CAD/CAM software.

Supervising the production at all stages and comply to delivery schedules

Diligent setting and supervision of machine maintenance schedules

Taking care of all the needs of the factory. (Setting up and installing the CNC machine, Tools, Jigs & Fixtures, Outsourcing, Maintenance Schedules & reports)

Inspection and QC Procedures

Qualifying technicians to work in the company

Optimizing production times, and enhancing machining processes

Preparing needed information for setting up the ERP system, like:
-BOM for all products
-Coding system for inventory items
-Sequence of manufacturing operations for finished products

Running the CNC department.

Responsible for programming and operating the machines (Machining center, Turning Centers with C axis, Spark erosion, Wire cut, CMM, and turret punch).

Selecting and purchasing cutting tools and accessories.

Receiving and communicating with customers.

Estimating manufacturing cost.

Building and developing administration and documentation systems.
