drafting, preparing and reviewing different types of online contracts and Agreements
reviewing and follow up the Franchise Agreements
Drafting legal documents including legal Memos, injunctions, declarations and acknowledgments
providing legal advice in labor law and following up its execution
internal investigation with employees
attending experts sessions
drafting minutes of meeting
following up GCC laws
reporting to the CEO
In addition to the above duties and responsibilities, ensure that all the
companies are in compliance with the corporate Governance rules.
• Providing advices and consultations in all aspects of laws related to
commercial, corporate, civil laws.
• Reviewing all commercial documents including but not limited to (letter of
guarantee, letter of credit, assignment of rights, and power of Attorneys).
• Providing legal advices in comparison between foreign laws and local laws.
• Providing legal advices in labor laws, and proceeding internal investigation
with employees.
Filing cases, following litigations procedures, attending sessions at courts and
expertise departments.
• Drafting standard lease contracts with both Arabic and English.
• Providing legal advices to the company in both Arabic and English language.
• Negotiating with the clients to provide the maximum protection to the company.
• Drafting and reviewing all the contracts and Agreements mentioned in item (3)
• Following the out sources law firm to coordinate for the cases submitted to the
courts.
Filing cases, following litigations procedures and attending sessions at expertise
departments.
• Negotiating with related parties to proposed Contracts and Agreements.
• Providing legal advices to the client related to the execution of Contracts and
Agreements.
• Organizing, contacting and coordinating with foreign and local clients in order to
provide the maximum legal protection to their interests.
• Following the arbitration procedures with the clients.
• Providing legal advice to the clients related to the execution of agreement and
prepares the necessary correspondences to support any future claim.
• Providing the necessary legal advice related to the Kuwaiti labour laws,
corporate laws and commercial laws.
• Providing all necessary legal advice to international and local companies related
to their business in Kuwait.
• Drafted and reviewed oil and Gas contract / Agreement while joining a
subsidiary company of Al- Kharafi Group
• Drafted and reviewed more than 2000 Contracts and Agreements in different
fields, since I am dealing with a lot of companies specialized in many careers
like Contracting, Trading, Investment, Services, Advertising, Software and
Maintenance.
