- Identify, research, and Resolve caller's queries regarding orders/deliveries.
- Check and resolve data exceptions.
- Check demand against truck capacity and resolve imbalances and manage all supply disruptions.
- Regularly monitor sales trend and adapt sales forecast accordingly in order to avoid Returns and run-outs.
- Report immediately on additional trucking requirements or excess in trucks.
- Manage transport, delivery and operational issues.
- Answer inbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Update daily log operations & customer's orders in SUN system & manually .
- Responsible to prepare and send the Planning List to the respective terminals.
- Analyse orders to ensure they fulfil both minimum order quantity criteria and truck compatibility constraint as well as, restrict split loads to small tank capacities sites.
- Coordinate with dispatcher in case customer has an unfulfilled order as well as an order to be executed in the coming plan & follow up that the job is done.
- Changing the requested delivery date of an order when needed, to be communicated to dispatcher.
- Communicate with credit department & follow up on cash deposits.
