• Working as Contract & Legal Manager at Orascom Saudi headquarter in-charge of Developing and administering all contracts ( 2.5 Billion SAR) from the tender process through to Contract closeout including variations orders, addendums and claims ( 800 Million SAR) that includes and not limited to; “King Abdulaziz International Airport project & SOUTH Border Housing National Guard .
• Managing and coordinating company court cases (25 lawsuits, providing the management with the legal advice on business issues, , drafting and editing complex commercial agreements, , and prepare briefs, complaints, motions, and other court documents. and advising the Human Capital department on employment labor law and benefits issues, drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements, , and providing litigation support
• Draft, Evaluate, Negotiate and execute contracts,
• establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contract for contractual matters.
• Manage record keeping for all contract related correspondence and documentation
• Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally
• Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate
• Communicate contract -related information to all stakeholders
• Advise on any potential variation to the Design Consultant / Contractor’s Scope Of Work that may generate cost or time impact and present PMC assessment
• Develop, Supervise, And Review Technical Submittals; Method Statement, Request For Information (RFI), Material Submittal, Shop Drawing, Bar Binding Schedule (BBS), Proposals, Invoices And Contracts.
• Organize Progress & Technical Meetings Internally and Externally.
• Participating In Contract Negotiations and Change Orders.
• Participate In Project Planning, Cost Controlling And Risk Management Plan.
• Managing Document Control Systems.
• Design, Review, Coordination And Approval Of Temporary Work Activities( formworks, access scaffolding, lifting operations, excavations, and structural stability under dynamic loads …………………)
• Coordinating with Temporary Work Design Office in Dubai and Head Office In (London -UK) For Designing the High risk Temporary works.
• Auditing Temporary Works Documentation ( Designs, Certificates ) For Each Project Zones
• Inspecting the Site Execution Process to Maintain Compliance with Site Approved Drawing.
• Tenant Liaison Manager, Working Directly with the Client, Client Representative and the Resident Engineer for final handover to owners.
Construction Manager (May 2008 to Sep 2010):-
• Responsible for Mobilization Works (50 million LE).
• Establishment of Zone H, (10 buildings - 43 Million LE), My Line Manger Is the Constriction Director for the Project.
• Senior Engineer Responsible For Constructing & Finishing Details Of The Administration Building Of The American University In Cairo New Campus ( The Total Budget Of The Project 250000000$ , My Scope Is The Administration Building ( $ 10 Million ) And My Line Manager The Construction Director . )
•Project of Factory construction with Total Budget 12million $ Funded By Chinese Government.
• Participate in Preparing Tender drawing, and project wide details.
• Preparing Bill of Quantity and Contract Agreement.
• Review and approve subcontractors invoices and prepare payment certificate
• Preparing tenders and supervising Construction and Maintenance Activities for General hospital, housing, and other buildings (Ministry Of Health at KSA).
• Constructing Schools Projects N El SHARKIA & El QALIOBIA (Province).
• Constructing Governmental Building in Giza Province (Post Office).
• Development of General Taxes Building in South Sinai (El Tur City).
• Invoices, Tenders, And Contracts Internal With Sub And External With Clients
• Construction Of Projects Belongs To Army Such As (. School Battle, Sport Club, Roads, and Hotels at Cairo, Ismailia and Alexandria).
• Quantity surveying and preparing of external and internal invoices
