Steering monthly safety and environmental KPI reports (Drilling, Seismic, Work over, Exploration and production)
Ensuring compliance by all parties with company’s Safety and environmental requirements and regulations
Prepare in a quarterly basis the ESAP (Environmental Social Action Progress) to EBRD: European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Carry out regular inspection on site with a view to identify any potential hazard
Organise in case of work accidents/Incidents a full investigation, prepare flash reports; finalized to the identification of corrective measures to avoid reoccurrence
Update the HSE documentation
Ensure HSE Training to employees.
Conduct site safety tours in regular basis
Represent the Company on HSE issues at various company, industry and government events
Promote HSE-aware culture
Ensuring that all Safety activities are executed in a safe and quality manner and recommending improvements in working practices that will reduce the risk of incidents;
Providing professional guidance and support to the site based Safety Inspectors as required;
Ensuring HSE compliance with company’s objectives, requirements, priorities, policies, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and guidelines.
Reviewing and commenting on Project Safety deliverables;
Monitoring the Company & construction activities and making sure that these are executed as per the HSE plan and procedures;
Supporting the development and execution of the Company HSE Plan.
Support the identification of Safety Hazards, evaluation of risks for all activities and development of the tools to manage and reduce these risks;
Participating in and/or reviewing the various Risk Assessments;
Conduct Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification HAZID;
