Jafura Gas Plant Field Development Project
Responsible in the review of civil, structural, architectural and HVAC design layouts and calculations across 7 design packages, each design packages are composed of Main Gas Plants, industrial support facilities and upstream & gas gathering system.
Provide design support to CONTRACTOR in applying the requirements specified in IBC, ACI, Saudi Aramco Specification & Standard and other international standards.
Review Building Risk Assessment and coordinate any issues to be resolved between the CONTRACTOR and Loss Prevention Department and other Saudi Aramco department.
Review Geotechnical Reports and coordinate any issues to be resolved between the CONTRACTOR and Saudi Aramco Consulting Services Department.
Review / laisse with Loss Prevention Department & Fire Protection Department in the design of fire and gas detection system.
In charge in resolving and closing comments to E-Review and 3D design reviews.
In charge in responding technical queries (TQs),
Review CONTRACTORs change orders and material quantity take-off / estimates.
Raise CRM to any queries and misinterpretation to Saudi Aramco Specification and standards requiring CSD intervention.
Provide technical support to Project Management
Participate in weekly management and CONTRACTORs meetings.

Haradh & Hawiyah Gas Compression Project
Responsible in the review of architectural & structural design layouts and calculations of 133 buildings across 3 design packages, each design packages are composed of Gas Compression Plants, Liquid Separation Stations and Administration Areas. The building are comprised of 230 Kv GIS Substations, 69 Kv Substations, 13.8Kv Distribution Substation, Central Control Buildings, Plant Maintenance Buildings, Plant Store Buildings, Operator Shelters, Remote Terminal Units, Administration Buildings, Central Maintenance Buildings, Hydro Test / Grit Blasting Shops, Musallah, Fuel Station and Security Buildings.
Provide architectural and structural design support to CONTRACTOR in applying the requirements specified in IBC, ACI, Saudi Aramco Specification & Standard and other international standards to all buildings.
Responsible in the review of structural calculations of blast resistant buildings and some vertical and horizontal equipment foundations.
Responsible in the review of underground services layouts, including site paving and grading layouts in Administrations areas.
Responsible in the review of CONTRACTOR and SUB Contractors temporary facilities layouts that are located in 3 different locations, including 1 central hub for CONTRACTOR'S main office and accommodations.
Laisse with IK Industrial Security Support Department for the design of security support buildings (e.g. Gate House, Preliminary Inspection Check Points, Security Support Buildings, X-Ray Buildings, including the design of all associated infrastructures.
Review / laisse with Loss Prevention Department & Fire Protection Department in the design of fire and gas detection system.
Review Building Risk Assessment and coordinate any issues to be resolved between the CONTRACTOR and Loss Prevention Department and other Saudi Aramco department.

Review and comment technical bid evaluation relating building subcontractors and temporary facilities subcontractor.
Actively oversee potential negative change orders from CONTRACTOR's scope of works.
Review change order scope of work and MTO.

Sabic Teeside Gas Cracking Project Phase 2
Prepare project specification for road, drainage and below ground utilities.
Prepare scope of work for belowground GPR, EML and Topographic surveys.
Prepare structural design calculations for pipe racks and foundations, horizontal & vertical equipment foundations.
Prepare drainage design calculations for storm water and oily water system using excel spreadsheet.
Prepare drainage design schematics for the new Stormwater and Oily Water drainage system.
Prepare schematics for the enabling works of existing storm water and oily water drainage network.
Prepare sketches for the disinvestment and relocation of existing underground utilities including some portion of the Stormwater, Oily Water sewers and other below ground pressure lines such as Firewater and cooling water lines.
Prepare sketches for the new paving construction and areas requiring demolition or rectification.
Review / check paving and underground services layouts.
Coordinate with other discipline with respect to the design / layout of the services relating to roads, paving, below ground drainage and utilities.
Review and advice project management team to technical bid submitted by the bidders.
Prepare flood risk assessments and surface water & foul water drainage design strategies.

JV GAS Residential Camp & Security Enhancement Project (KBA, HMN, IA, TEG, REG, HRM & HMD)
Prepare scope of works, project specifications, MPP planning/schedule & Job Notes.
Prepare man-hours & estimate and man-power planning to all civil and architectural deliverables. Responsible in ensuring that the scope and deliverables are within the agreed cost, schedule, and budget.
Attend technical coordination meeting with the project team and the client.
Oversee, manage and pro-active in identifying scope change.
Supervise the overall civil group within the project ensuring that deliverables are released on time.
Supervise in the design and layout of storm water & foul drainage network, layout of below ground electrical / telecoms cable, firewater ring main and other small services that runs below ground.
Supervise in the design layout of the security enhancement infrastructures for Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) security fencing, Perimeter Physical Protection, Pedestrian Access Control Point and Vehicle access control points around individual asset perimeter.
Prepare drainage design calculations for stormwater and foul water systems using UK SUDs design recommendations and BS EN design guidelines with the aid Windes Micro Drainage.
Perform a thorough and complete check of all civil / architectural drawing deliverables (layouts and details).

Rio Grande LNG Project (FEED Project)
Prepare project design specifications, civil basis of design, drainage material and workmanship and civil infrastructure design criteria,
Perform concrete design calculations relating to liquid retaining structures, retaining walls and foundations.
Perform drainage calculation to clean storm water, oily water sewer, sanitary wastewater using Windes software (e.g. Drawnet, storage design and simulation).
Perform drainage collection strategy within the LNG Process units and the sizing of first flush pit and remote impounding units.
Perform a thorough and complete check of all civil infrastructure and underground drawing deliverables.
Attend technical coordination meeting with the project team and the client.
Prepare earthworks calculation and site grading design with the aid of Civil 3D software.
Review and provide comments to process design philosophies, piping plot plans, fire- fighting equipment layouts, and project schedule

Aramco Overseas Company - Fadhili Cogeneration Gas Plant Project
Prepare scope of works, project specifications, MPP planning/schedule & discipline design instruction.
Prepare man-hours & estimate and man-power planning to all civil, structural, architectural and HVAC deliverables. Responsible in ensuring that the scope and deliverables are within the agreed cost, schedule, and budget.
Attend technical coordination meeting with the project team and the client.
Oversee, manage and pro-active in identifying scope change.
Supervise the overall civil group within the project ensuring that deliverables are released on time.
Supervise the design of modular pre-fabricated substation buildings and residential camps.
Supervise the design and layout of all underground services utilities (e.g. Oily Water, Contaminated stormwater, closed drains, sanitary wastewater, firewater and potable water).
Supervise the site grading design to ensure optimum balanced cut and fill has been achieved in accordance with the client project specification, with the aid of Civil 3D software.
Perform a thorough and complete check of all civil drawing deliverables.
Review and provide comments to process and utility flow diagrams and piping and instrumentation diagrams.
Review and provide comments to process design philosophies, piping plot plans, fire- fighting equipment layouts, and project schedule for items relating to paving and undergrounds services.
Communicate within the Project Team and the client team with regards complex technical solutions pertaining to wastewater management and collection system.
Perform surface drainage calculation using Windes software (e.g. Drawnet, storage design and simulation).
Perform flexible pavement design analysis using AASHTO design guidelines.
