I am responsible for preparing Financial and Management accounts. I prepare and submit the following tax returns, Income Tax returns, PAYE AND VAT returns. I monitor and evaluate cash and treasury management. I am responsible all statutory and tax audits. I manmanage the payroll and implement HR policies. I am responsible for stock control and supply chain management
I was responsible for preparation of monthly financial statements and payroll administration. It was my responsibilty to prepare and review payment vouchers whilst closely analysing spending trends. I ensured that all cash transactions were planned, controlled and reported. I participated in internal, external and donor compliance audit and visits.
Monitored bank accounts and tracking of balances for both local and offshore bank accounts to ensure maintanance of sufficient balances to meet contractual obligation with vendors.
I ensured that bank and general ledger control accounts were fully reconcilled every month.
I captured and processed payments in a timely manner.
I monitored travel, vendor and partner advances ensuring timely liquidation and recovery from payroll.
