Decontamination and Chemical cleaning during shutdowns
Pre- Commissioning activities like lube oil flushing, Air blowing, cardboard blasting, hydro testing, steam blowing and cooling
water system passivation.
Inspection of equipment like column, reactor, vessels and heaters
Inspect column seal pan testing, spray nozzel testing, distributors
testing and leak tests.
Monitor reactors catalyst loading
Inspection of equipement like heat exchangers, reactors, columns,
heaters and vessels
Supervision of critical activities like pipeline pigging, decokingo of
equipment, reactor catalyst unloading and loading
Cross checking HAZOP recommendations and P&ID updation as
per HAZOP recommendation
Writing daily progress report and overall report of turnaround project
