A supervisor for NORAD project (Sep. 2011- Feb. 2012) for Amman only/ Country office, then a supervisor for Goal Project for Amman, Zarqa and Mafraq basically through the country office.
My job role was to train school teachers on play based activities to develop children's learning in the disadvantaged areas.
In Goal my main theme of focus is Gender as I work with females (ages 13-18) through a program aims at empowering them.
HCAW is a non profit organization, depends on the donations that could be collected through the good relationships that we build by our communication with people who come to the center, I am mainly a receptionist but I make the PR, financial management, education and raising awareness
It was the call center stuff, answering the incoming calls and transferring them to the appropriate person, receiving complaints and solving them, telemarketing and quality assurance .
my role was to make the company's booth at SOFEX, that includes choosing the location, design, material to be shown, sponsors, media coverage and much more .

that was my own business, I used to rent a space at the kids' play area and doing face painting for kids, planning for special events inside and outside the mall ... still receiving calls to make birthday parties !
building nice relationships with people to make them clients later, arranging exhibitions and promotion stuff, special events preparations, and marketing .
