Handling the reception and arranging meetings or conference telephone calls.

Arrange flight bookings for employees and visa applications for Managers with business trip outside the country.
In-charge of payment of monthly utility bills as well as monitoring accounts in ENOC/Salik/Darb.
Assist in the renewal of car registrations and distribution permits, as well as payment of car fines.
In-charge of manpower recruitment by posting ads online and doing initial screening.
Arranging schedule of interview of the candidates and collecting required documents from selected candidates for visa processing. Keeping HR files and maintaining a data base for all the employees. Monitoring attendance using V-Middle East Attendance Software. Processing payroll and WPS Transfer. In-charge of application/renewal of group life and medical insurances.
Assisting PRO in applying/ renewing company licenses/registrations and employees’ visas and IDs.
Additional task to process the online orders and arrange deliveries with the drivers.
