1.) Acts as Full time Clinical Instructor having been rotated to many areas of nursing practices like medical and surgical nursing, peadiatric nursing, community health nursing and my area of specialization, the Maternal and Child health nursing with focus on Labor, Intrapartum and Newborn care.
2.) Handles Level 4 Nursing students in their clinical experiences in a hospital setting with field of concentration on Labor and Delivery.
3.) Teaches and demonstrates patient care in both classroom and clinical areas to nursing students having to apply basic principles and applications of nursing theories on an actual patient or situations.
4.) Gives proper lectures on latest issues and concerns including updates on Maternal and Child Health Nursing with focus on promoting government programs in relation to these areas.
5.) Prepares and administers examinations in evaluating students’ progress in terms of their skills and knowledge concerning Labor and Delivery, utilizing Performance Checklist as a tool.
6.) Maintains records of students’ progress both in classroom and clinical experiences.
7.) Participates in planning curriculum, making teaching and related learning experiences (RLE) schedules, and in doing revisions on course outline and instructional plans.
8.) Cooperates with medical and nursing personnel in evaluating and improving teaching and nursing practices.
9.) Conducts classes for patients in relation to health practices and procedures.
10.) Specializes in Maternal and Child Health Nursing with focus on Labor, Intrapartum care and Newborn care.

As full time Clinical Instructor, this time being assigned to another affiliated hospital (Zamboanga City Medical Center) of our school (Brent Hospital and Colleges Inc.), having been exposed to Labor and Delivery Room, supervises Level 2 Midwifery students in their clinical experiences in another hospital setting.
2.) Teaches and demonstrates patient’s care in clinical units of the hospital with focus on Labor, Intrapartum care and Newborn care respectively.
3.) Lectures on updates, issues and concerns regarding maternal and child health nursing.
4.) Demonstrates proper skills in relations to proper handling of delivery and newborn care.
5.) Prepares and administer examination to evaluate students’ performance in terms of their skills and knowledge, utilizing performance checklist as a tool.
6.) Maintains records of students’ progress both in classroom and clinical experiences.
