•Successfully performed Front End Engineering Design (FEED) engineering, feasibility and economic evaluation studies with a proven on-time, on-budget and HSE compliant record, for the execution of multidisciplinary Surface Facilities Projects in order to solve complex technical problems, increase revenue, optimize processes, selecting the best technical and economic options, technology and implantation sites assessment, achievement a reduction of uncertainties and risks making sure design consistency and integrity for construction and procurement package in assets operated by REPSOL and PDVSA.
•Coordinate Pre-Feed, FEED and Detail Engineering phase of surface facilities projects in the oil industry, selecting the best technical and economic options, technology and implantation sites assessment, evaluation of the performance of the selected options and reduction of uncertainties and risks.
•Design and conduct engineering studies and HAZOP studies related to upstream facilities. to resolve complex technical problems, increase revenue, optimize processes, protect the environment or improve safety, supervising the work of engineers and other project personnel to monitor the execution of design, procurement and construction of Upstream Facilities in particular coordinate all interfaces between EPC contractor and company, making sure design consistency and integrity for construction and procurement package.
•Elaborate scope of work and contract requirements for project execution, establishing the contracting strategies, pre-qualification programes, tender document preparation, contract negotiation and contract award.
• Preparation planning and scheduling of projects, review project completion schedules and dates including durations for Engineering, Procurement and Constructions of Projects under MS Project.
•Carry out a timely and verified record in accordance with the budget, contracting and control of all the main phases of the project, from hiring strategies, prequalification programs, preparation of bidding documents, negotiation of contracts, adjudication and administration until the closing of the contract.
•Coordinate construction activities of civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation jobs, as well as, security and planning activities for the construction of surface facilities projects in the oil industry and making sure that only approved for construction package are issued to site for construction.
•Analyse and track key performance indicator: production, operating costs, capex, earning, cash flow and variation analysis including technical and economics key performance indicator.
