I have been nominated twice for employee of the year in a large international IT concern and told in performance KPA's I make the team.
• I have worked on large projects, understand project managment procedures, some of these projects was to bring a large insurance based client's data from one system to the next then providong the support on this. I have been involved in numerous projects where twenty year old data bases act as the back-end and the front end system is a newer technoligy.
• I can negociate with third party vendors, I have been doing so since 1999 as many IT services were outsourced, so negociation was key in getting the job done.
