- Mainly in-charge for supervising civil and architectural finishing works for light weight partitions, ceiling, flooring, furniture’s and decorative materials.
- Executes and controls work activities in accordance with latest approved IFC drawings, work procedures and specification requirements.
- Coordinates to other disciplines, quality control personnel, project consultant regarding the construction issues.
- Daily giving instructions to sub-contractor regarding the priority works and scheduled plans.
- Monitoring the sequence of activities as per the Saudi Aramco approved inspection test procedure and checklist.
- Monitoring and preparing reports of the daily accomplishment of sub contractor.
- Monitoring, preparing reports and summary of Saudi Aramco PMT and PID punch list.
- Executes and controls work activities in accordance with approved IFC drawings, work procedures and specification requirements.
- Review specifications, drawings, technical instructions, Method of Statement during the work preparation stages.
- Coordinates, monitor and reports on the overall progress and quality of the works carried out by all workers under my supervision.
- Ensures that any queries related to any aspects of work are to be resolved.
- Check and Evaluate weekly/monthly progress report of Subcontractor based on the approved drawings, specifications and actual condition at site.
- Monitoring and updating of civil works accomplishment.
- Responsible for the preparation of various detailed drawings (civil).
- Preparing Material take-off for civil works.
- Preparing punch list for sub contractor and monitor/reporting close and open items
- Processing of various permits and preparing tender documents related to the project.
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities
- Checking and Evaluating of Civil and Structural drawings during the design phase
- Checking and Evaluating of structural steel detail drawings and designate steel quantities to various contractors for their fabrication and erection.
- Organize CAD files.
- Preparation of bar bending Schedule and bar arrangement drawing.
- Coordinating Design Consultant and Detailers for some clarification or discrepancies in the plans and specifications, and to the Contractors for actual construction matters.
- Updating the discrepancy of architectural and structural plans
- Preparation of additional plans or shop drawings
- Review, check and evaluate billings and accomplishment report
- Conduct site inspection
