• Prepare QA/QC documents for new tenders.
• Prepare QA/QC Plan, ITP, KPIs, and other related documents for new / renewal of contracts/ projects.
• Develop new work instructions, SOP, method statements based on new contract scope or as per project requirements.
• Conduct IMS Internal Auditing for project sites, EMCO residency, workshop, warehouse, and asset department.
• Investigate incident to identify root cause(s) and provide suitable solution to prevent recurrence and communicate lesson learnt.

• Implementation of Company/Project Quality Policies and Procedures.
• Coordinate with client representative on day-to-day inspection and testing activities
• Monitoring of quality related issues and conducts surveillance activities to ensure compliance to project contract quality requirements.
• Prepares and reviews QC procedures (i.e. ITP, MOS and SPP) based on the project requirements and existing codes and standards.
• Performs in-process and final inspections as per Quality Control Plan (QCP), Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and other Special Process Procedure (SPP) in compliance with the project requirements.
• Performs Material Receiving Inspection
• Performs Piping Inspections prior to full welding.
• Witness of NDE Testing (PT, MT, UT, PAUT, TOFD)
