1. Write and submit security reports.
2. Provided heightened security surveillance during visits from VIPs and Distinguished Guests; followed and enforced established protocols and procedures.
3. Reported/unreported suspicious vehicles, packages, and persons on the interior or exterior perimeter of FOB.
4. Monitored security cameras, on multiple screens and monitors, for 12 hour shifts up to 7 days a week and reported illicit activities revealed by cameras / CCTV.
5. Monitored vehicle accidents, access and entry control point issues, and audible/visible gunfire/explosions in ssector.
6. Ensure all security systems, like the burglar alarms and CCTV are working properly
7. Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigations.
1. Escort customers to their tables and ensures they are settled comfortably; offers coffee and other drinks
2. Present the menu to customers, answers queries about it, and makes
suggestions if necessary.
3. Take orders from customers for food and beverages, writes down or memorize the orders; and enters information into the computer for transmittal to the kitchen
4. Ensure that customers are enjoying their meals or that they do not have any problem with their food
5. Prepare and tidies up the tables or counters; makes sure there are enough salt, sugar, pepper, cream, other condiments, and napkins in every table or counter.
6. Ensure that there are adequate supplies of food, tableware, linens, and
beverages
7. Offer wine selections, put this in the proper wine glass, and pour the wine for customers
8. Stay alert for customer’s requests and be prompt to address them
9. Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager from time to time.
