Primary Duties:
(Tax Forms) Preparation of computation and filing/payment of Quarterly Business Gross Receipts
Tax (BGRT-Corporate income tax), Quarterly Employers Income Tax withholding return &
schedule, and Monthly Sales/Sur Tax
Submission of Yearly Employees Wage and Tax Statement (for tax refund by the government)
Maintenance of RMS online tax account -for filing of Business Gross Receipts Tax(BGRT) /
Employers Income Tax /Employee earnings information
Preparation and filing/payment of Quarterly employee/employer Social Security Tax
Maintenance of Asycuda Software for preparation of declaration and payment of import tax
Preparation and submission to bank for the loan renewal requirements
Posting day to day financial transactions at manual book register and record at excel check register to be
submitted daily
Preparation of check vouchers for payments to suppliers
Preparation of quarterly Profit and Loss for 2 companies using Quickbooks Acctg software and key
in Sales / expense transactions monthly in Quickbooks
Assisting customers buying blocks, cement, gravel, sand, rebars and answering phone calls (if person in
charge not around)
Assist in document preparation/ submission for employees working permits renewal/ application

BIR related duties (Tax Forms)
Coordination with BIR personnel for the letter received(deficiency) and prepare necessary documents for
submission
BIR LOA/PAN/FAN- preparation of documents for submission to Revenue Officer during LOA from BIR
BIR EFPS- Checking of BIR Tax forms like 1601E, 1601C, 2550Q and 1702Q
BIR Quarterly SLSP & Alphalist-
Preparation of 2307 summary for BIR Tax Forms 1601E/1601EQ for filing to EFPS due on 10th /30th
(quarterly)
Preparation of income received and expenses made for BIR 2550Q (VAT) and BIR 1702Q (Income Tax)
Preparation of schedules for yearly Annualization of 1604E and 1604CF
preparation of documents for auditor during yearly Audit of Financial Statements
Submission of Audited Financial Statements with ITR to BIR and S.E.C after audit
