o Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing,
retrieving, copying, and transmitting text and data
o Organize and coordinate legal meetings
o Maintain schedules and calendars including court diaries
o Prepare forms & file motions
o Proofread and edit legal documents
o Set up and maintain databases and files
o Document and maintain case details
o Handle incoming mail and calls
o Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide
information
o Organize delivery of legal correspondence to clients, witnesses and court
officials
o Conduct research and collate information relevant to cases
o Follow up on pending court cases
o Assist with billing
o Maintains office supplies by checking stocks; placing and expediting orders;
evaluating new products.
o Learn and working on Orion system.
o Monitor the use of supplies of stationer
