To head two vertical modern trade and telemarketing . Responsible for both the pre paid and postpaid acquisition through these two verticals . Revenue, RNA, gross adds etc are the key KPI.
To head the bancassurance vertical for north east . Bancassurance partnership with Union bank of India and Bank of India with over 100 + branches
I manage the North -East Region, Bancassuarance and Business Partnership for Aviva Life Insurance, India .I have a reporting line of 26 people .I look after the banks, broking and alternate distribution for the company .My profile is to lead a team and source business through the assigned channel partners .Make strategies for effective sales and support . An additional responsibility of a project to set up a DST (Direct Sales Team) was entrusted on me .The pilot of the project was started in June 2011 and now the same is running in major location in India .
