I have managed a very successful gym for the past 3 years which is part of the famous any6me fitness franchise, the biggest gym franchise in the world. I completed a very intense sales course and also done plenty of sales and management training when I began this role. It is a very exci6ng role as it was the first of its kind in Cork and we built the brand from the ground up. As a team we went from 0 to 1000 members in our first 3 months and I take great pride in managing the staff to achieve such standards. My day to day involved everything from teaching classes, to member reten6on, community outreach, constantly se`ng new targets and KPI’s for the staff and managing the staff also. We operated off a clubwise system in the gym and I am highly efficient in this. For the past 3 years I also had my own clients which I train and I s6ll to this day have a bunch of online clients that I work with part 6me. I take great pride in Personal Training and Strength and Condi6oning and I’m sure this rubs off on my clients. I am constantly trying to upskill and I am ambi6ous that my move to Dubai will benefit my career greatly as a PT and S&C coach. I have trained over 50+ clients in my time and look forward to training and helping many more improve their lifestyle.
I began working in the Mater Private Cork in October 2015 and it’s been such a rewarding experience working on the frontline. My day to day as a Porter would include transferring patients to different wards, welcoming all visitors to the hospital, pharmacy delivery throughout hospital, stores delivery’s etc. It could be something different everyday which is great, again it’s very customer service driven and I try and keep the highest standard of myself to promote the company well.
My day to day in medical records consists of organising all patients charts for the next day, preparing each chart for each individual differently and making sure all the right paperwork is filed away. This takes a lot of focus and their is a lot of pressure to make sure each chart is done correctly. It has been such great experience for me thus far.
