·   Assessing student progress through ongoing formative and summative assessments thus providing valuable feedback for both students and teachers; guiding instructional decisions and interventions as needed.
·    Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to foster a supportive learning community and ensure alignment of instructional goals and strategies across classrooms and grade levels.
·    Engaging in professional development opportunities, such as workshops, conferences, and coursework that enhance teaching practices and keep educators informed about current trends, research, and best practices in English language teaching.
·    Maintaining accurate records of student performance, including assessments, grades, and progress reports, facilitating data-driven decision-making and communication with students, parents, and administrators.
·    Supporting students' social and emotional well-being and creating a positive classroom environment conducive to learning; promoting empathy, resilience, and self-regulation skills.
