1. Understanding customers needs and demands and meeting their expectations in compliance with company’s policies. Ensure brand visibility and merchandising in the stores as per Almarai’s planograms guidelines.
2. Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
3. Placement and positioning of new product launches and maintaining solid product
4. Safe handling of the inventory machine, cash and sales van.
5. Achieving monthly targets with qualitative and quantitative objectives set by sales manager
6. Observe high standard of hygiene both personal and in handling of products ensure cleanliness inside coolers.
7. Keen observance of expiry products & shelve life as well as inspection of products with long shelf life (change of color or irregular texture & feel).
8. Aid customers in locating Almarai products whether asked to or upon noticing a customer who seems to be looking for a specific product on Almarai cooler/shelves.
9. Ensure fridges, shelves and promotional stands supplied by the company display only Almarai products
10. Develop customer loyalty through effective communication (customer-centric approach)
11. Identify new prospective customers, create awareness and activate them to increase numeric distribution.
12. Organise and plan the routing to ensure optimum coverage in your assigned area
