Giving office support and assistance to every department of the company -HR/Accounts/Procurement/Logistics/Sales/Engineering Department including the Operations Manager and Managing Director when needed.
- Manage incoming calls and email then forward it to concerned person and have to reply the mails when needed.
- Follow up leave request of employees as well as air ticket with HR once approved have to send inquiries to travel agencies and book with the best rate.
- Arrange air ticket/hotel booking of guests or coming employee.
- Work with the PRO about visa renewal and rental renewal - office rental/car rental etc.
- Follow up with accounts suppliers asking for payment.
- Gathers shipping quotation from forwarding companies/couriers.
- Tracks and follow up with shipping company status of shipment - import / export.
- Apply for insurance export shipment.
- Prepare the final copy of Packing List and Sales Invoice.
Directly reports to the General Manager.
Prepare quotation as advised by superior.
Update and keeps the bank records of the Company.
Prepare submittals for final presentation and approval of offered materials following detailed instructions.
Places order to suppliers both local and overseas.
Deal with forwarders for shipment of ordered goods both from suppliers and to clients.
Prepares needed documents of material for clearing and for deliveries.
Issuance of receipt of payment received.
Handle & manages the petty cash.
Update and keep Sales Record.
Monitor due dates of both receivable and payable invoices.
Prepares payment for due invoices, bills and for other payments.
Attend phone calls.
Keep both the suppliers and clients file.
Prepare staff salary.
-Responsible for managing the retail staffs and cashiers.
-Manage the purchasing and shipping of goods, sets up displays, and assists customers and staff during business hours.
-Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.
-Ensure pricing is correct.
-Work on store displays.
-Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees.
-Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
-Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
-Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
-Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
-Analyze operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
-Ensure standards for quality and customer service are met.
-Monitor local competitors.
-Maintain store's cleanliness.
-Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
