In business with the Managing Director and the General Manager develop and implement HR objectives and best-practice strategies (retention strategy, compensation schemes, training strategy and recruitment strategy) and processes (payroll, HR information, etc.)
Contribute to the development and implementation of an HR Management System supporting the business and its operations
Review the business’ long term activity level forecasts and assess the staff and competencies structure which will best support the business’ objectives
More broadly, manage the long-term development and performance of the HR function to ensure high quality and continuous improvement in service delivery and support the business as it grows.
