Customer Service Supervisor, Cashiers' Supervisor, Primary Cashier - from December 2011
1. General responsibilities included:
o Customer Service, solving customer complaints by identifying problems and taking appropriate corrective action,
o Training cashiers,
o Front desk administration (tickets sales, promotions),
o Responsible for opening and closing procedures,
o Responsible for daily Reports, inventories,
o Placing orders for cash counter (stationery etc.), transfers, RTV,
o Receiving and sending Customer Orders,
o Monitor services provided to the customers and adjust as required,
o Contacts with service centers and suppliers regarding defective items, replacements,
o Contacts with Head Office departments (Marketing, departments to different sections, e.g. multimedia or music regarding applying and implementing promotions in the store, especially related to cash counter),
o Tracking and reporting discrepancies,
o Receiving and recollections of tickets.
2. Achievements:
o Promoted to Primary Cashier after 8 months from joining the company,
o Successful training of new Customer Service Managers (for Dubai Mall and Mall of The Emirates),
o Improved the efficiency of customer service department by providing both training for new hires and setting up training materials (preparation materials for new joiners and cashiers in training for senior position) - two cashiers under supervision got promoted to senior position;
o Chosen for Temporary Support in Ticketing Department in Head Office (March 2013 - April 2013, General responsibilities included: Contacts with Shops, Tickets distribution between stores, Online orders tickets preparation, Daily Reports to Organizers, Reconciliation.),

o Dealing with the contacts with the media, institutions, authors, volunteers, creating arrangements and regulations,
o Events Planning - Outdoor Parties, Christmas Parties etc.
o Representation and Promotion of the firm with which I worked. This included making Power-Point Presentations, consulting while creating advertisements, representing my firm at conferences and meetings,

o From the 2007 coordination of „Letters to the Son” Photo Exhibition, (responsibilities included: managing all contacts, advertising, planning long-term strategy, coordinating, and event preparations),
o Successful fundraising communication with business (Nestle, Biella etc., long term cooperation),
o Representation/ member in a Commission of Social Dialogue for Equal Rights under the auspices of the president of Warsaw,
o Successful contact with foreign partners - after negotiations “Loved More” took part in World Down Syndrome Day 2010 in Budapest, Hungary organized by Down Association.
M.A. (Masters Degree/magister) in Cultural Studies with outstanding final grade.
Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogical Sciences. In conjunction with a double minor in Job (Vocational) Counselling and Media Education with very good final grade.
