Duties : The combustion inspection includes the following:-
1- Borescope of the compressor.
2- Removal and change out the following items :-
Fuel nozzle
Combustion liners
Transition pieces
Flow sleeves
Cross fire tubes, flame detectors and spark igniters
3 - visually inspect of 1st stage turbine nozzle .
4 - clearances should be taken, recorded and compared
With previous inspection results or original factory readings.

Project : El Kureimat (II) 750 MW Combined Cycle
Position : Maintenance Engineer \[Siemens Gas Turbine
Frame SGT5 - 4000 F (V94.3A2)\].
Duties : -
- Shift leader for hot gas path inspection for Siemens gas turbine
- Execute 4 minor inspections for Siemens gas turbine
- Preparing periodic /preventive maintenance program schedule for plant different Mechanical systems
- Responsible for warranty claims with the EPC.
- Prepare the training material and training Srier and Zwitina staff from General Electricity Company of LIBIA
- Assembly and disassembly works for turbine casing, vane carrier,
Rotor blades, burners, couplings and bearings.
- Perform NDT (PT) for the following:-
4th Stage of rotor blades, Bearings.
Fuel connection with burners .
Perform magnetic particle test on rotor disks by using flux device.
Perform chemical cleaning for burners.
Change all the vanes of the turbine with a new set.
Change the 1st, 2nd and 3rd stages of rotor blades with a new set.
Check the combustion chamber for cracks, breaks, erosion .

Position: Mechanical commissioning Engineer
Project: El Kureimat II 750 MW Combined Cycle
Duties:
1- Performing of heat run tests for all pumps & equipments which related to
HITACHI steam turbine model (TCDF- 40).
2 - Measuring the noise level & vibration readings for all equipments.
4 - Commissioning of fire fighting system and ventilation system
Position: Mechanical construction Engineer
Project: El Kureimat II 750 MW Combined Cycle
Duties:
1 - Responsible for "Mechanical drawings review and approval for
A (250 MW) steam turbine supplied by HITACHI company
Model (TCDF-40) according to the contract specifications
Requirements.
2- Co-ordination and supervision of all mechanical installation works
Related to (HP- turbine, IP - turbine &LP - turbine)
Supplied by HITACHI Company
5 - Responsible for review and approval for spare parts lists schedule (C)
"Contractors recommended operational spare parts list" and
Schedule (B) "owner recommended operational spare parts list
Position : Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Duties: Maintenance Engineer for:-
- Turbine (HP, IP&LP) sections.
- All auxiliaries for the turbine such as:-
* Lubrication oil system
* Closed cooling water system.
* Feed water heaters.
- Condenser.
- Store work spare parts from GE Company to UEEPC store
Position : Operation Engineer
Company: El -Kureimat ( I ) 2x650 MW steam Power Plant
Duties : Field operation engineer responsible for operation of the steam turbine
And the boilers.
