Manage the overall HSE program implementation for the all KJO project.
Advise management and line supervisions on all matters pertaining to HSE and loss prevention management.
Develop HSE programs, plans and safe work procedures consistent with KJO HSE contractual requirements and
Ensure effective HSE management from the construction, onshore and offshore pre-com/commissioning, and start-up of the project.
Participate and represents Mechanical Completion walkthrough and inspections both offshore and onshore facilities .
Participate/Attend HAZOP Study, HAZID Study, Risk Assessment, and Constructability study.
Review Related documents Engineering Work Order, Method Statement, Job Safety Analysis, engineering plans, designs and layout for KJO Projects.
Attend Department Safety committees meetings and scheduled project meetings
Prepares site specific HSE program for all project work sites outlining in detail the safety criteria to be observed, safe installation procedure and the Hazard Identification Plan (HIP) for guidance of all employees in the work site.
Conduct accident/incident investigations and injury trend analysis and recommend preventive/corrective measures.
Coordinate with Contract Department in Safety Performance Evaluation and selection of new contractor for KJO Projects.
Identify HSE training needs, develop training program and conduct safety training for all employees.
Conduct KJO Department OH&S Audit and monitor compliance with KJO enhanced Safety Management System.
Participate in the development of enhanced KJO Safety Management System.
Manage the overall HSE program implementation for the SABGSD project.
Advise management and line supervisions on all matters pertaining to HSE program.
Develop Construction Safety Manual and safe work procedures in line with the Saudi Aramco Safety Management System as part of contractual requirements.
Organize Safety committees and convene meetings.
Prepares site specific HSE program for all project work sites outlining in detail the safety criteria to be observed, safe installation procedure and the Hazard Identification Plan (HIP) for guidance of all employees in the work site.
Conduct accident/incident investigations and injury trend analysis and recommend preventive/corrective measures.
Coordinate with Saudi Aramco relevant operating departments on HSE matters affecting the project.
Identify HSE training needs, develop training program and conduct safety training for all employees.
Formulated safety award programs.
Monitor compliance with HSE requirements by conducting safety inspections and audits.
Establish HSE performance measurement criteria to monitor the effectiveness of HSE program.
Oversee/supervise the implementation of the HSE management system of the School Maintenance facility.
Respond to fire incidents, personal injuries, property damage, conduct investigations and make recommendations for prevention.
Coordinate with Saudi Aramco relevant personnel on HSE matters affecting the project.
Prepare report on all inspection with regard to safety and recommend preventive measure to ensure quality maintenance of building protection.
