• Assist the BU Heads with all their day to day Personnel requirements & ensure that the departmental objectives are met
• Build and maintain Personnel relations with the assigned business units/depts. to determine and recommend employee relations practices that are necessary to establish employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale
• Attend Business Unit/Dept meetings and provide feedback to HR Director
• Ensure proper implementation & timely communication of the HR policies & procedures to all employees
• Advise managers on HR procedures to ensure consistent application of processes such as discipline and grievance resolution
• Communicate & implement all surveys & schemes, ESS, Employee of the month within the assigned BU/Dept
• Support, assist & coordinate with other HR functions i.e. Training, Recruitment, Performance Management, etc. for implementation of their projects within the assigned BU/Dept
• Oversee & ensure proper maintenance of Personnel Records and various Human Resources information systems in Oracle
• Ensure that payroll is on time in conjunction with payroll department
• Conduct Exit Interviews & provide feedback to BU Head and HR Director
