Role:
* Handling of Accounts Receivable & Payable Ledgers and verification & posting of supplier / vendor invoices.
* Daily accounting transactions such as creating & posting vouchers.
* Accountable for finalization of accounts for statutory purpose and reporting as per Company Reporting Rules &
International Accounting Standards
* Checking the financial records to forecast future financial position & budget requirements; assessing the need for
procurement of funds & investment of surplus
* Compares actual costs to estimates and analyzes variances.

Reporting Directly to CEO/COO/CFO
Role:
* Overseeing the invoice and payment processing by the Finance department and ensuring the general ledger is kept
up to date and Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
* Liaise with & assist internal & external auditors; implement recommendations if any; take corrective action wherever
required.
* Prepares other Management reports that will summarize & interpret current & projected company financial position
(Cash Flows for OPEX/Billers)
* Ensure timely preparation and communication of periodic financial reports to CEO/COO/Dept. Heads based on the
guidelines defined
* Monitoring month end tasks like the recording of closing entries, accruals, quantitative reconciliations of account
payables, account receivables & banks.
* Development and maintenance of VAT policies and procedures
* Engaged in reconciliation of bank, billers and collection Agents on cash received from Individual Kiosks
Role:
* Accountable for management of company income, expenditure, payroll accounting and basic accounting activities
* Responsible of payments for Tax compliance to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (Expanded Withholding Tax
Payments, Monthly and Quarterly VAT Returns, Quarterly and Annual Income Tax Payments)
* Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual performance report to PEZA (Philippine Economic Zone Authority) and
prepare payment to any related expenses arising within the zone.
* Checked the records to determine accuracy of information & compliance with established procedures & adequacy of
stock levels.
* Bank Reconciliation/GL Analysis/Cost Analysis
Role:
* Recording and reporting of parts and service charge sales, cost of sales, purchases, and satellite office receipt
transaction, including maintenance of Peachtree Parts and Service Receivable ledger and Customer Master File.
Drafted letters, handled incoming & outgoing documents and maintained the filing systems / records
* Reconciliation of part and service receivables, inventory and customer deposits, and Bank recons
* Handled follow-up on administrative issues.
* Responsible for performing credit collections on past due accounts in the range of current to over 180 days over
dues.
