Performing water tests such as (PH, Conductivity, TDS, Turbidity)
o Monitor all chemical parameters and reports preparing.
o Instruments calibration (Balance, PH, Conductivity, Chlorine meter)
o Responsible for inventorying and ordering providing chemicals.
Operating the X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) instrument and daily checking the quality and accuracy of the outlet results.
o Calibration of the XRF instrument and related equipment in the section.
o Managing and coordinating the analytical, quality, and administrative activities of the XRF section.
o Monitoring the quality of the samples preparation.
o Monitoring the XRF lab stocks balance and order the required material.
o We are measuring major oxides in general rocks (Sandstone, Phosphate, Bauxite, Manganese, Lead ...Etc.) Using glass beads application.
Able to use some of the chemical Hardware and Machines such as:
• (XRF) X-Ray Fluorescence.
• (AAS) Atomic Absorption Spectrometry.
• (ICP-OES) Inductively Coupled Plasma -Optical Emission Spectrometry.
• (TGA) Thermo Gravimetric Analyzer.
• (CS) Carbon Sulfur Analyzer.
o Handling chemical acid Reagents.
