Duties as a project engineer:
• Overall responsibilities for technical coordination of engineering design discipline activities Prepare/Revise Basis of Design.
• Responsible for planning and coordinating engineering activities.
• Control work progress activity by always comparing the actual progress against the planed one.
• Responsible for interfacing and providing the client requirements.
• Bridges the boundaries between engineering and project management, and leading the technical activities.

Sulfur Loading Facility at Yanbu.
R.O. Feed Water Treatment Facility (Riyadh-King Abdullah Petroleum study and research center).
Back-up Liquid Flare & Burn Pit.
Corrosion probe monitoring.
Sustainable projects department.
Smart Positioners for Control Valves at Abqaiq Oil Plants.
Provide Dual Strainers For 101-P15 A/B At Riyadh Refinery.
Installation of New Recycle line At Adgosp-1.
Update Kfia, Tanajib, Ras Tanura Aviation Facilities Layout Drawings.
Preparing Man-Hour estimates for new Instrumentation Projects and Instrumentation Change Orders.

Project: Install Pipeline Leak Detection @ ABQAIQ (ARAMCO).
Project: Upgrade Control Systems @ Abu Ali Plant (BI-470)

Connecting CPS and CRAC units to EPO & BMS in ECC
CPS: Computer Power Supply
CRAC: Computer Air Conditioning Units.
EPO: Emergency Power Off
BMS: Building Management System.
ECC: Expec Computer Center.
EXPEC: Exploring and Petroleum Engineering Center.
Involved in the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of Triconex ESD (Emergency shutdown) System at Invensys factory in Alkhobar for Upgrade Shedgum Gas Plant under BI-10-00057 Upgrade Sulfur Recovery unit
Punch list, Configuration Display etc…
Design BMS (Building Management System) regarding to the following:
Design the control diagram for the swimming pools, irrigation system, lifting pumps and Booster pumps.
Block diagram and IO matrix for the HVAC system.
Duties:
For various Projects Involved in site visits for the investigations & data gathering prior to Design activities, and involved in preparation of Detail Engineering Deliverables as follows:
Preparation & updating of P&IDs, Cable Block diagram, Instrument Database(MS-Access), Instrument Specification Sheets & Sizing Calculations, Cable and conduit schedule, Interconnection Diagram, Instrument Wiring diagram, Marshalling Cabinet Wiring diagram, Instrument Mounting details, Material Takeoff, Cable routing plan, Instrument Installation schedule, Instrument Nameplate schedule, Instrument Loop diagram, Junction Box details, Distributed Control system( DCS), Emergency Shutdown System(ESD) Input & Output list, IO Summary.
Pre-sale satge (conduction site survay to evaluate the loacation, prepare estimation list, preparing the site for the installation and procurements).
Preparing quotations, offers and bids
Contacting with the client to check and verify his requirments.
Installation & Maintenance UPS's in Jordan - Amman, Syria and Lebanon including calculation of batteries.
Support after sale and schedule periodic maintenance visits and preparing invitation for tenders or bids.
