- Processing P.O with management for approval.
- Communicating with the companies to bring quotations.
- Arrange with the storekeeper for receiving the goods.
- Finalize the invoices with the financial department.
- Mentoring and update the website and social media
Other duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for Medical Equipment and machines maintenance, and dealing with the companies for
contracts… etc.
- Managing the center staff accommodation and its maintenance.
- Facility and charge and event planner for the center.
- Responsible of exhibition (preparation, attending, and reporting).
- Communicating with other medical center for agreement and contract business related
- Member of Elyzee Pricing committee.
- Member of Elyzee Infection control.
- Member of Elyzee marketing committee.
