As a Quality Control Engineer, I performed a variety of tasks to ensure the highest standards of product quality, accuracy, and compliance. My key responsibilities included:

Product Evaluation: Conducted thorough testing of liquid cleaning products, ensuring adherence to both company-specific and global quality standards.
Material Management: Systematically archived incoming raw materials to maintain accurate records and facilitate seamless production processes.
Packaging Quality Control: Proofread product packaging to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies, ensuring error-free printing of labels and stickers.
Final Product Inspection: Inspected finished products to detect and rectify any defects, ensuring that all products met quality standards before distribution.
Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately entered product data into internal systems to maintain up-to-date records and support quality reporting processes.
Perfume Quality Assessment: Assessed the quality of perfume products (Twaaq, Mashaer, and other perfumes & oils) post-mixing and filtering, verifying key metrics such as color, odor, and overall quality.
Production Supervision: Supervised daily operations in the plastic production area, overseeing the manufacturing of plastic bottles, gallons, and caps to ensure quality standards were consistently met.
Packaging Standardization: Organized and maintained standard samples of plastic containers, bottles, and caps to be used as benchmarks for comparing newly produced items, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality specifications.

Three-month training period during which I had the chance to visit multiple dental clinics in Kuwait and
see the process of setting up and preparing each dental room with the necessary tools and machines.
