The main Responsibility is to Implement strategic IT initiatives that improve business
functionality with positive impacts aligned with the organization’s vision for the next 5 years.
Through the following tasks:
• Managing the IT projects/staff among the HQ and CDCs,
• Leading the ERP project assessment and implementation at JOHUD.
• Managing the overall IT organization budget, linked with projects coverage amounts.
• IT Roadmap & Strategy
• Participating in writing proposals and concept notes.
• Contracts negotiations.
• Data Center Management: Nutanix Servers deployment project implementation and
server’s migration.
• Define SOPs and Workflows: executing a business process re-engineering strategy
aligned with all department heads to redefine the organization’s business model.

• Security and infrastructure assessment.
- Budgeting, IT road map and strategy
- Design, plan, and execute the software deployment projects for our partners (grantees)Ministry of Tourism(MOTA )and Royal Acadimic Clinirary of Arts (RACA)
- Review, assess, and Identify requirements for implementing the ERP solution.
-Design, Plan, Implement, Manage, and Support Microsoft infrastructure
-Design High-available Solutions for the Enterprise Environment using the

- Build new primary data center and design for DR site.

•Implementing Microsoft windows server network infrastructure. (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Backup Solutions).

•Manage, Train, and help the development of Team member and end users“up to date with latest tech”.
•Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone.
