Acting as the Client representative for all activities on the
construction site, and managing a team of 150 employees
A. Commercial and residential building (5 Storey with an accumulative area of 8210 m2) with a cost of 700, 000 OMR (1.82 million USD) with a full responsibility of the project like cost management, Project planning, logistics and variation orders.
B. Showroom consists of steel 2 floored hangar and concrete offices attached to it ( with accumulative area of 2175 m2 ) with a cost 100, 000 OMR ( 385, 000 USD ).
A. The Modern Cement & Mining Plant with a cost of
I Had under my responsibility the following:
1. Packing plant Building ( 4 Storey of a cumulative area of 7500 m2) consists of both concrete and steel work as fitting cast in items of plates, anchor bolts and machines
foundations.
2. 4 Cement silos finished using slip forming (Height of each silo about 62.826 m) with a 24hr
running works on 2 shifts with steel fixing, casting concrete and fitting all cast in items
just in an accurate time to keep the slip forming process smooth and fast.
3. 2 Clinker silos finished using slip forming (Height of each silo about 41m)
4. 2 Steel Hangars done from A-Z as doing the shop drawings, casting all the foundations and columns and fitting all the anchor bolts for the steel columns.
5. 2 weigh bridges done from A-Z as making the design for the entrance and exit ramps to suit the futuristic streets level, doing all the electrical ducts and farther special details
required, and finishing of the monitoring and control room of the weighing bridge.
6. Infra-structure for the factory, a sewage pipeline with a length of 2 K.M reaching the waste water treatment plant.
7. Waste Water Treatment Plant for the factory and the employee camp with all the required machines foundations and septic tank with specialized finishing.
B. Albemarle's Jordan Bromine Factory Expansion with a cost of 30 million USD:
I Had Under my responsibility the following:
1. The bromine process phase foundations with all the cast in items and machine foundations with special grouting and finishing.
2. Design and shop drawing of the rain water drainage for the whole new expansion Phase.
3. Streets shop drawings and implementation.
• Worked at Hussien Attayah Establishment & Contracting since 15th - March - 2009 until the 13th - September - 2009 in the Shemisani Intersection project with a cost of 43 million USD.
I Had under my responsibility the following:
1. the 3rd circle Tunnel in Amman ( Length of 2 K.M), All the bridges abutment upon it and the design and preparation of the shop drawings of the rain water drainage.
2. Hanging bridge with A U-Turn over the Tunnel and making a proposed design for a pedestrians walkway over the tunnel with a parapet.
3. Shop drawing for the curbstones and all the required markings of the streets.
