 Responsible Implementation of the Group’s Credit and Treasury Policies in all Hikma MENA subsidiaries
 Setting up MENA Treasury targets and follow up achievements.
 Review and recommend amendments to policies and procedures
 Visit each MENA subsidiary and evaluate treasury related needs (personnel, training, and identification of financial risks), develop action plans and follow up implementation to completion.
 Develop MENA region treasury reporting.
 Model cash forecasts for various business units
 Manage and analyze MENA cash flows. Initiating corrective actions as needed to ensure target attainment
 Manage and maintain Banks Relationships across MENA
 Propose and execute improvements to treasury activities
 Raise funding for operations and long term investments as needed
 Coordinate with IT to develop needed treasury applications to support the treasury departments and obtain efficient flow of information and control
 Ensure that all Group Internal Control Standards related to treasury management are implemented and applied in compliance with the related local treasury procedures
o Regularly review terms and conditions with banks
o Ensure optimal number of bank counter parties and accounts to maintain control over all transactions and optimize costs
 Monitor quality of service received
 Manage and optimize banking cost
 Track Working Capital Indicators by subsidiary on a monthly basis, compare to targets, and work with Subsidiaries to maintain performance within targeted figures.
 Re-assess regularly bank counter-party risk
 Controlling day to day cash Management including hedging of all foreign exchanges exposure.
