•Follow up and coordinate the overall works of the company.
•Conducting different safety training including fire safety.
•Assigning employees for customers whose fire safety service due date is arrived.
•Supervise and control the work of the division and ensure the smooth running of the work including sales, services, maintenance, survey, etc.
•Keep daily program of customers to be visited and align the effort made, the cost incurred and the benefit obtained with feasibility of the work.
•Ensure the continuous availability of the minimum stock required through timely stock checking and placement of orders.
•Study competitive prices in the market and for timely adjustment of selling prices.
•Have an up to date customer’s list, prospective customers, deductions as well as additions to the already exiting list.
•Conducting and finalize any work related to the company in an appropriate manner, acceptable price & quality.
•Prepare monthly service program and follow up its implementation.
•Persistently try to improve the company’s task to attain better results.

3) Keep daily programme of customers to be visited and align the effort made, the cost incurred and the benefit obtained with feasibility of the work.
4) Ensure the continuous availability of the minimum stock required through timely stock checking and placement of orders.
5) Study competitive prices in the market and advise the department for timely adjustment of selling prices.
6) Have an up to date customer's list, prospective customers, deductions as well as additions to the already existing list.
7) Ensure that working time is seriously observed, attendance sheet is signed and summery sheet is filled properly and reported to administration through commercial department.
8) Prepare monthly service programme and follow up its implementation.
9) Fill in daily report form and prepare montly summary to be submitted to the department.
10) Prepare quarterly and annual report of the division.
11) Participate in annual budget preparation of the department.
12) Review and appraise the work performance of employees in the division in accordance with the company's policy.
13) Delineate employees with high, average and low performance and prepare a system to encourage those with high performance, up grade those with average work execution and train those with low performance to level up their work result to a higher level.
14) Firmly follow up rules, regulations and directives of the company.
15) Perseveringly try to hit your plan targets and surpass them whenever possible.
16) Persistently try to improve your task to attain better results.
17) To carry out such other duties as the management may from time to time decides.

• Monitoring and reporting of all fire hazards (electrical, gas, machinery, combustible materials, flammable liquids, corrosive acids and spills of fuels and the like)
• Monitoring and reporting of all fire alarm systems and firefighting equipments.
• Drills and fire fighting training.
• Accident/Incident reporting and first aid.
• Assessing and reporting of worksite hazards, all company outstations and company apartment buildings.
• Responding to emergency cases promptly.
• Perform duties in fire prevention, employee education and communications.
• Provide assistance with respect to scrap and waste management.(when required)
• Daily inspection of cafeterias at all sites, maintaining of full records for all kinds of food temperature filling in the designated forms, records for product validity to avoid use of expired items or ingredients, follow up of housekeeping and hygiene in all cafeterias as well as in workshops and offices.(when required)
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

• Developing and implementing of environmental health plans
• Preparing, implementing and monitoring of proper handling and disposal of wastes generated from the hospital.
• Examines the hospital for potential health hazard.
• Investigates complaints of unsanitary condition
• Examines sanitation of premises where animals and insects are kept.
• Investigate complaints and reports of nuisances such as insects, rodents, garbage, etc.
• Promoting health through health education to the public who attended the hospital
• Inspections of food preparation area in the hospital as well as cafeteria, checking the validation of canned foods, follow up of housekeeping and hygiene of the wards, propose and implement health and safety training for staffs and cleaners, maintaining records of work related injuries and implementing prevention programs to minimize such accidents.
• Participate in emergency health campaign when epidemics happen within the region.
• Dynamic and motivated team leader of business process reengineering (BPR) team that was already implemented in governmental offices.
• Undertake and complete any other tasks as assigned
