Well, my journey in the banking sector began in 2014 when I joined Bank of Ceylon's Galle branch as a Customer Service Trainee. It was a bustling environment, and I learned the ropes of providing top-notch customer service under pressure. Then, in 2015, I moved to Seylan Bank PLC, where I've worn multiple hats since. Initially starting as a Chief Teller and Customer Service Assistant, I quickly took on more responsibilities and now hold a crucial role handling all credit analysis for leasing, personal loans, and other credit-related back-office tasks. This includes assessing creditworthiness, mitigating risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Alongside my banking experience, I've also been involved in social causes. In December 2014, I served as an Assistant Coordinator at the Centre for Peace Building, where I contributed to local community engagement efforts. Throughout my career, I've always strived for excellence and remained committed to serving both customers and the community.
