Role:
•Preparing financial statements and developing reports related to purchase, sales & inventory
•Maintaining relevant documents such as Invoices, Supplier’s Delivery Notes, MTC, etc. to the relevant departments
•Monitoring all the incoming raw materials and quantity
•Evaluating performance of supplier’s delivery with purchasing order
•Coordinating with Material Purchases Department and managing all pending supplier’s deliveries, MTC issues, documents, etc.
•Preparing Material Issue Notes for materials issued from stock or newly purchased material
•Coordinating with procurement & production in their requirements
•Assessing consumable usage & costs and minimizing overstocks; minimising obsolete / redundant raw materials to maximize availability of working capital
