•Support integration in compliance with global Financial Services structure to support SABIC growth plans through effective coordination with other regional Financial Reporting teams.
•Lead and assist a team of two accountants to control the payments and the receivables.
•Assist the team to meet end of month deadlines.
•Weekly and monthly reporting activities.
•Prepare special claim projects; maintains project work/communication logs, uses resources effectively, arrange information and files in a useful manner and meets project deadlines.
•Maintaining the day-to-day activities of closing and reporting, aligning work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
•Coordinate of operations with other Financial Services functions to ensure streamlining of closing and reporting operation and accuracy.
•Coordinate with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to support and ensure execution and smooth flow of the organization’s business.
•Manage to coordinate with superiors and co-workers to deliver services up to agreed standards.
•Monitor the development, competence, and performance of section team and ensure action plans are in place for continuous improvement.
•Maintain compliances to HR policies and procedures.
•Reflect healthy environment working relationship.
To develop an annual audit plan and submit to the Board Audit Committee (BAC) for review and approval. In addition, subject to availability of resources and appropriate management request, Internal Audit may investigate into matters of fraud and probity.
