• Fully responsible for the regular controls as well as audits of distributors P&L
• Responsible for all the marketing ( advertising & market research) & sales ( trade promotion ) budget controlling
• Responsible for reviewing the sales & marketing Commitment from (Expenditure type, proof of performance, financial implications (cost of the project) & approvals)
• Responsible for TSR model ( reviewing, approval & activation the trade deals on MFG system )
• Involved in the preparation of monthly Journal Entries related to advertising / trade promotion & account receivable during closing
• Responsible for sending monthly reports to marketing & sales dep. to be know the budget status
• Reviewing all trade incentives & marketing expenses before payment process
• Responsible for all expenses analysis which is related to sales & marketing budget
• Reviewing & follow up on the accounts receivables invoice posting
• Fully responsible for accounts receivables aging analysis
• Fully responsible for returns analysis
