HAWK T-165-Batch 1&2, King Faisal Air Base, Tabouk, project budget is 850 million Saudi Riyal

My task was to do all in-house structural design and workshop drawings for a lot of steel and concrete main and utilities buildings, hangars and shelters, also to coordinate with different suppliers such as precast factory and Al -Zamil for th main steel hangar 120mX65m.

Structural review and coordination for Electronic warfare center (EWC) at Salboukh airbase near to Riyadh, project budget is 110 million Saudi Riyal

My task was to prepare all structural tender drawings for main and utilities buildings before awarding as the project is design and built, after awarding, my task was to review design, workshop drawings and to control structural budget, consultant meetings and technical discussions, site support and finally coordination with precast cladding and steel suppliers.

Structural review and coordination for few of structural buildings most of them was precast main and utilities buildings and one water tank of capacity 3500m³ at Al-Badeea Island at Jeddah city .

Design and workshop drawings for El-Seif Villa (4000 m²), 4 stories including 3 swimming pools and 4 underground water tanks and few of annexes and health club.

I had designed and contributed in design review of many of structural designs and prepared a large set of work shop drawing for many projects as
below,
1. Parcel 1.09, King Abdullah financial district, Arriadh.
It is an Offices tower consists of (3B+Gf. +33 floors);

2.Medical Colleges, Tiba University, Al-Madina
Two Medical Colleges (Girls and Boys) on about 15000.0 m² each one,
(Gf+4 floors), Hollow core slab system at most areas,

3.Sport grandstands, Islamic University, Al-Madina
Two grand stands (east and west) on about 4900.0 m² each one, (Gf+3 floors), the building is under
construction; my job was “redesign the structural system”.

4.Many other isolated villas and service buildings in jeddah- Obhor

I had contributed in design review of many buildings until we got building permits from different
authorities in Dubai for the following projects,
