Administrating and follow up for all the courses
• Passing the course information to the record clerk to issue certificates, checking
attendance sheet, course evaluation forms and signing certificates
• Planning and managing Public seminars, advertising, catalogues and customer
database for mailing purposes
• Preparing & developing training materials, tools, and booklets
• Conducting researches & surveys on training needs
• Making a monthly gap study for the average number of students and reporting it
to TCM
• Maintain a good relationship with our students.
• Produce the schedule for next month's public courses.
• Working meetings with teachers to discuss the requirements.
• Contribute to the making workshops.
• Audit certificates and attendance.
• Planning and discussing with TCM to set the objectives and KPIs for the following
year.
• Professionally receive our visitors and provide them with full information.
• Follow-up examinations International
Receipt of applications from the Department of Registration
• Prepare list of courses every week
• Follow-up students
• Organizing training rooms
• Prepare attendance paper and print
• Delivery of scientific materials for students
• Contact students in case of absence
• Respond to all Instructor via e-mail
• Coordination with the Instructor to start new courses
Responsible for auctions.
• Deposit and withdrawals from banks.
• Tenders.
• Dealing with companies and presentations appropriate for publication.
• Maintenance services by identify and resolve the problem related.
