Reporting to the CEO and member of the Senior Management Team, I partner with my fellow business leaders to drive business results through the implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at delivering value to our clients, employees, investors.
• leading a team of HR leaders and professionals focusing on providing a wide spectrum of high-quality HR services and programs to DRC business leaders and employees.
• Played a key role with the Senior Management Team in refreshing the Corporate DRC five years business strategy.
• Formulate the 4 years’ HR Strategy and align it with the refreshed Corporate DRC five-year business strategy.
• Setting the yearly General HR Budget and managing the financial HR expenses.
• Reshape and reposition the HR function to Human Capital Management.
• Initiated the strategic HR action plans and programs aligning with the agreed ownership.
• Redesigning and developing the Organization design, including, Organizational development actions, Updating current Organizational Structure (High Level), Titles, Roles, JDs, and Reporting line.
• Releasing 5 Engagement initiatives to level up DRC Culture and Environment.
• Design internal Organizational Excellence framework having ongoing efforts to establish standards and processes, build and Administer a Code of Conduct, HR policy, and process effectively and efficiently while maintaining internal customer satisfaction and meeting budget constraints intended to engage and motivate employees to deliver products and services that fulfill customer requirements within business expectations.
• Rebuild the approach of the HR Operational Objectives and oversee the Strategic Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, Payroll, and HR Operations.
• Setting and leading the digital HR transformation agenda from traditional HR to Strategic Business Partner.
• Designing and Initiating the Rewards & Recognition Program.
• Successfully manage the Employee Experience Program

Responsibilities:
• Report directly to the CEO of the company and member of the Executive Management Team with the responsibility of managing, controlling and directing all HR functions including developing HR strategies, systems, processes and policies.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to develop and execute effective HR strategy in line with the business objectives. Drive people strategy and organization agenda in coordination with business leaders.
• Build and implement HR strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation and benefits administration, training & development, employee safety & welfare, succession planning, employee relations, organizational planning and compliance to regulatory concerns.
• Build & maintain HR & Admin - administrative and financial authority approvals matrix.
• Develop and the annual HR & Admin budget; formulate HR operations financial strategies, forecast and anticipate requirements, develop action plans, measure and analyze and initiate corrective actions.
• Develop and retain talent by designing and implementing talent development strategies and programs.
• Ensure that organization design is aligned with strategy optimized to deliver company goals & objectives.
• Develop organization strategies by identifying, researching and analyzing HR issues; contribute information, analysis and recommendations to organization direction and establish HR objectives in line with organizational objectives.
• Consult, build and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure to improve the HR function's alignment to business objectives and to help drive business results.
• Design and implement HR & Admin policies including all HR procedures, methods and guidelines, and communicate and enforce organizational values and culture.
• Render strategic HR advice to the management team; address all the grievances/disputes of employees through positive and professional mediation; conduct programs and morale-boosting activities for them to enhance their performance.
• Plan and conduct trainings, special seminars and awareness sessions to the new and existing employees, managers and supervisors to develop their understanding about HR policies and procedures and work relations.
• Maintain good communication and positive relationships with employees to promote employee satisfaction.
• Develop and implement Human Resources Information Management system (HRIS) across the organization.

• Built Salary Scale linked with a new Grade system.
• Develop an employee Surveys management tool.

• Designed and led the Saudization plan for the Group and started implementing it in 2016 with a goal of 70% Saudization in 2020.

• Reported directly to the Group HR Head, and member of Executive Committee reporting to the Group CEO.

• Designed manpower planning in coordination with EGMs and GMs, and finalized the recruitment strategy.
• Developed and implemented strategic plans to meet the organization’s manpower requirements and ensured proper
