The company was a multi-brand dealership insurance. The structure had 100 employees linked directly to Commercial Director. I had the following responsibilities interaction between management teams, supervisors, shop assistants and final customer.
Main activities: I was the youngest Superintendent's largest insurance group in Latin America. I commanded the whole structure of the interior of Rio de Janeiro state, inaugurated the branch Barra da Tijuca, which had nearly 200 employees and more than 50 insurance brokers installed in the structure. Also commanded the Meier and Bonsucesso branches and headquarters of this company, where I was responsible for all administrative and commercial routines in these structures.
