• Deal directly with customer either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
• Attending Phone Calls take message or transfer calls to appropriate office personal.
• Manage all front office operations and sending invoices and quotation.
• Handle and Resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
• Maintain schedules, calendars and keeping staff attendance.
• Handle incoming mail and send mails to designated personnel or customers.
• Set up and maintain filing systems
• Implement and maintain office systems.
• Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Making sales and renewals.
• Manage administration
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Making entries on database with the use of front tools.
: Flight Supervision, Reservations, Manual& DCS Chek-In, Passenger Handling, Counter Supervision, Passenger profiling, To offer special attention to VIPs, CIPs, Ums, Disabled passengers etc. Ramp Co-ordination, Load controlling, Briefing/Debriefing staff, Liaise and Co-ordinates with Different departments and agencies, Maintain leave records of staffs.
