• Act as Fleet Technical Authority, defining maintenance philosophy, dry-docking
strategy and lifecycle management for offshore assets.
• Lead and control multi-million USD budgets, with USD 20M CAPEX and USD 20M

• Actively participate as a member of the Asset Management Emergency Response
Team, as per SOSB Emergency Procedure Manual.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, both onshore and onboard vessels.

• Developed the Vessel Management System (TM Master) as SNM requirements
• Responsible for developing and managing dry docking specifications and
executing in line with agreed scopes of work and budget.

• Provide Monthly Maintenance KPI figures, analyzing and acting as needed
• Planning and coordinating all major breakdowns and scheduled overhauls in
conjunction with other department heads to avoid downtime and ensure that
maintenance is executed as budgeted.
• Ensure equipment is maintained as per SNM, OEM specifications, local and
international laws/rules and client requirements.
• Promote and develop maintenance task optimization and provide feedback to
technical team and vessel crew.

• To coordinate daily the vessels activities.

report and monitor until settlement.
• To conduct annual technical inspection on ships, according to the requirements of
the ISM-code and company rule. Responsible for Management Vessel Budget and extras cost Skill on TM Master (Fleet Management System), Purchase Order approvals, vessel
maintenance control.

• Summary: Responsible for day-to-day operation of the vessels. Operations vary
according to the type of vessel, however, basic responsibility of crewmembers,
client Interaction and daily maintenance.
• Main experience: Control and preparation of ships for flag inspections of
Classification Society and government authorities (ANVISA and PSC.) internal and
external monitoring audits of ISM-code, ISPS and subsequent treatment of
disputes.

• Participated in the exchange of vessel ownership and cargo type, leading surveys
of services and maintenance, contractor selection, and docking management to
ensure vessel suitability following reclassification and classification society
inspections..

• Five-year dry-docking and reclassification of container vessels, including
classification society inspections and monitoring until release.. International
experience to bring one container vessel that had damage on propulsion shaft
from Argentina to Brazil.
