Four principles is the leading consulting company for Lean management in the Middle East, founded by
two former Porsche Consulting employees in 2010 and rapidly expanding. My main tasks are:
• Structure entire project’s workshops in terms of approach, sequence, deliverables and needed
customer participants and align with customer’s project sponsor/manager
• Structure/manage day-to-day project work and delegate tasks to fellow consultants and customer
team members
• Facilitate analysis, solution design, pilot implementation workshops as lead consultant
• Design story line for project’s status/final presentation autonomously and debrief/delegate tasks to
fellow consultants
• Identify and align customer’s decision makers (budget holders) on further areas for improvement
to drive follow-on sales
• Develop project's fellow consultants in Lean, consulting and sales skills
• Manage upwards to senior members of the firm

Managing the European team (located in Italy, Poland and Slovakia but operating in the whole Europe, 14 people) set to integrate strategic suppliers with Whirlpool Production System by improving logistics in between and by implementing a common set of production standards through continuous improvement principles

Chosen for a 1 year experience in Carel USA LLC to train people on Lean principles and start a
Lean transformation journey

Chosen for a 4, 5 month experience in Carel Electronic Suzhou to train people on Lean principles
and start a Lean transformation journey

• I was the first person in the new office “LDO” (Lean Development Office) created as an in-
house support for the introduction of Lean management when the executive committee started
the Lean transformation in the company: the purpose of the LDO is to support the external
consultants and learn the Lean methods in order to be autonomous as an internal consultant
• The introduction of the Lean management started reviewing the new product development
process on which I worked for 1 year. In the meantime (after 6 months) we started introducing
the Lean principles also in the Operations area and I was gradually focused on that

Leading a group of 6 people that procured raw materials for production using both standard
techniques (purchase orders) and advanced techniques (kanban, milk run, consignment stock)
• Managing the everyday relations with the supplier
• Managing minimum and maximum inventory stock levels
• Managing and preventing material shortages
• Managing the purchasing parameters
• Doing analysis on the purchasing area

“production planner”: doing short and long term production planning, job orders rescheduling,
forecast and consumption analysis, production lot size management
• “logistics”: doing analysis on supply chain, calculation of the planning parameters (such as
safety stocks, fixed days supply etc), Kanban management for semi-finished goods etc.
